Our rapid growth is made possible by a team that thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. While we come from a variety of backgrounds, we pursue a singular mission: to change the health of the nation by changing the way health care is delivered.
Our Work Environment
Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, we have additional sites in San Francisco, Pittsburgh and in client markets across the country. We provide a setting designed for in-person and virtual collaboration, with treadmill desks, healthy snacks and wellness challenges as just part of a healthy (and fun!) work environment.
We don’t like approval chains. We love ideas and people with the courage and conviction to bring ideas forward, and the resolve to make them real. We listen first, always ask how we can do better, and we win as a team.
While we don’t all work the same way or the same hours, we’re all dedicated to exceptional results with everything we do. We make sure to celebrate wins big and small, and we respect and encourage commitments outside of work.
To serve—our mission, our partners, one another and, most of all, the patient—is our highest motivation and honor.

Our Compensation & Benefits
We recognize and reward our most valuable asset—our team—with market-leading pay, annual performance-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits including a company-matched (from day one) 401(k), 25 personal and 10 holiday paid days off each year, and a sabbatical option at year 5.
We proudly sponsor company-wide community service projects and support individual volunteerism. We offer tuition support for our clinical team members to maintain and expand their licensure.
