Responsible for the strategic blueprint phase of our partnerships, members of this team help define the health system strategy and set the financial and execution plans for migrating to value-based care. This group includes clinical, network and analytical experts and consulting professionals.
Clinical Operations & Client Service Delivery:
Members of this team are dedicated to executing on our health system partners' population management strategies. This group includes registered nurse care managers, clinical dietitians, social workers, pharmacists and clinicians to activate patients and help them become healthier. This area also includes operations and process improvement experts to support successful implementation and ongoing execution.
Corporate:
These teams are responsible for Evolent’s strategy and for building and maintaining an infrastructure to support the company’s plans for growth. Members of this team are experts in business development, marketing, operations, talent and finance.
Employer Services (Benefits & Wellness):
This group helps our partners develop and implement a successful plan for improving the health, productivity and well-being of their employees. This team includes experts in the areas of benefits consulting, change management, wellness, actuarial and third party administration.
Information Technology & Client Implementation:
The IT team is charged with the development and management of Identifi, our population analytics and workflow platform. This team focuses on ensuring the most logical and efficient process during the client implementations and ongoing operations. The IT group consists of developers, quality assurance, data management, and technical operations professionals.
Payer Strategy & Operations:
This team is responsible for strategy, design, and implementation of health plan products for clients. The Medicare and Medicaid team specializes in all government programs (including Medicare Advantage and managed Medicaid), while the commercial team specializes in and plans the creation of commercial health plans. This area includes government specialists, compliance, regulatory & licensing, and operations professionals.
