Jordan brings more than 19 years of experience in providing Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Part D and Dual-Eligible compliance, regulatory and audit-related services. Jordan’s responsibilities have included the development, review and submission of materials to CMS, conducting mock audits and risk assessments, developing operational metrics for reporting and compliance oversight, writing policies and procedures and providing staff training. Jordan specializes in the development and implementation of effective compliance and delegation oversight programs, including those that prevent, detect and correct health care-related fraud, waste and abuse.
Prior to joining Evolent, Jordan was a national compliance manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, where she assisted numerous clients with operational and compliance-related risk assessments, CMS readiness reviews, audit deficiency remediation, new plan education and implementations. Jordan was also a senior consultant with Gorman Health Group and served as the national director of Product Integrity for UnitedHealthcare, focusing on Medicare Advantage Dual-Eligible Special Need Plans. These positions involved staff training, process improvement, monitoring and auditing all levels of the business that touched MA or Part D, interpretation of regulatory guidance and analysis and submission of Part C and Part D reporting. This position also included coordinating numerous CMS and other government operational and financial audits. Prior to joining UHC in 2007, Jordan served as the national Medicare Compliance & Operations Manager for Health Net’s Senior Product Division, where she worked for nearly 10 years.
