We believe that employees who are able to strike a strong work/life balance are better able to bring their whole selves to work (and feel good about it), so we make paid time off a cornerstone of our benefits package: Every employee receives a generous amount of paid time off—unlimited PTO for exempt employees and up to 25 days for non-exempt. Plus, everyone receives 10 paid holidays each year, as well as parental leave and sabbatical options.

Forums for Action: Business Resource Groups
Cancer Fighters provides advocacy and support to all individuals who have been affected and impacted by cancer through education, communications and resources. Additionally, membership is open to anyone who wants to join in the fight against second-leading cause of death in the U.S.
Evolent Emerging Leaders seek to empowering all Evolenteers to become leaders by facilitating and encouraging opportunities for learning, collaborating across departments, and developing Evolent leadership competencies.
Parent and Caregiver fosters a supportive network to help those who provide care to others.
PRIDE supports our LGBTQ+ Evolenteers and allies to foster an environment of openness and support because Evolenteers who bring their whole selves to work can fulfill their career aspirations to the fullest and have a rewarding experience. We are a resource to connect members to build their professional networks and help staff grow personally and professionally.
Safe Space Ambassadors is a formal Safe Space Ambassador program that allows members of Evolent's community to serve as liaisons between employees and leadership.
Supporting Evolent's Reservists and Veterans has a mission to provide a resource for our fellow Evolenteers on military lifestyle, events and opportunities. SERV’S membership welcomes Evolenteers with military family ties and anyone wishing to show their support for our military. SERV supports reservists, veterans and all Evolent employees who currently serve or have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. SERV members will engage in service outside the firm to support veterans, service members and military families in the community.
Team Pune focuses on the culture of our India office and works to strengthen connection across the organization.
