Position summary

 

Evolent Health is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Market Operations team. The Data Analyst is a key member of the Market Operations team supporting problem identification and resolution, data analyses, process improvements, and more. This person will work closely with key client dedicated team members across functional areas within Evolent to ensure integrity of the data, systems, and processes specific to the client. This position requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment, strong multi-tasking skills, advanced analytical thinking ability, along with strong computer skills.


 

Essential functions

 

  • Detailed analysis and management of issues generated by the client related to existing processes across functional areas, including claims, configuration, provider maintenance, enrollment, and others to identify risks, gaps, and necessary updates
  • Coordinate and engage in root cause analysis, remediation, and analytical problem solving on complex, multi-functional issues
  • Lead and track issue resolutions projects end to end, including documentation and presentations as appropriate
  • Develop, generate, and review numeric/anecdotal data, synthesize findings for key stakeholders
  • Conduct research, investigate workflows, business procedures, and recommend changes
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for Market Operations team as requested
  • Other duties as assigned.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree
