What You’ll Be Doing:

This position is responsible for assisting the Provider Solutions team with provider and contract loading.  Duties include: handling incoming provider calls and responding accordingly (including CAC issues & calls); maintenance of credentialing logs, provider master rosters, and contract logs; updating of network rosters and submission of updates to health plans; gathering all contracting documentation and submission of PRS to corporate offices; coordination of provider packets and in-service events; also serves as the assistant to the VP of Network Operations in special projects as assigned.

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization/prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provider general support to Provider Solution team
  • Handle multiple projects

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
