What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage relationships with two to four Evolent Health client partners
  • Cultivate productive, trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Drives partner satisfaction at all levels of the partner organization
  • Run Quarterly Partner Engagement Review process for each partner, including relationship mapping, issue identification, and action planning, in lead up to Quarterly Value Meeting
  • Represent Partner Engagement priorities in preparation for partner Board Meetings and other key interactions
  • Work with Market President, monitors issue list and ensures appropriate, timely follow up by Evolent team members; advocates on behalf of partner within Evolent to overcome challenges to partner satisfaction and drive open issues to resolution across the system
  • Proactively assesses, validates and prioritizes partner needs on an ongoing basis, channeling input from partners into Evolent’s product roadmap and strategy
  • Coordinate with Evolent central Partner Engagement resources to implement partner services best practices, identify value and drive communication and change management
  • Advocate for partner culture, serving as an ambassador within Evolent and the go-to expert on partner priorities and how to getting things done within the partner organization

 

The Experience You Need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8 or more years in relationship management roles (enterprise sales, consulting, etc.)

 

 

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • Subject matter expertise in health plan operations and/or population health management
  • Ability to manage heavy travel schedule, including ~3 days a week in-market at our partner organizations
  • A high level of attention to detail and a maniacal focus on follow through and maintaining trust
  • A steady demeanor with the judgement to determine when to escalate and how to prioritize competing inputs
  • Commercial acumen to identify and close growth opportunities
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, particularly in the realm of telling a compelling story of value contributed to the partnership
  • Exceptionally high “Emotional Intelligence” – able to connect with diverse constituents, actively listen, and identify key areas of sensitivity
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
